We have been ordering Shelby’s for a few years now and always look forward to our meals! The portion sizes are a really good size, and there’s always some leftovers for lunch the next day. We recently had a mix up with our orders and the owner reached out to us to correct the issue, and we definitely appreciated that they were able to look after us.

Great job! They have some pretty cool Shawarma fusions in here. The only thing for me is the food can be a little saucy, but you can always customize the amount and sauces as you wish so long as you tell them. This location is very prompt with getting orders out quickly with no mess ups per my experience so far! I will for sure be back! Food is delicious. The only thing is it is a bit pricey but It’s worth it for an every once in a while treat.
I strongly recommend this restaurant, first of all, very professional and friendly customer’s service from all staff. My priority is providing good customer’s service because I believe that I can buy Mediterranean food from other restaurants. Other reasons which I like this restaurant is very fresh ingredients and always and to my food whenever I need. Well done guys and really appreciate your perfect service
I had the absolute pleasure of being introduced to this restaurant before they had a north London location and had no issues driving to the other side of town to get their food. This restaurant has amazing quality food and I have never had a disappointing visit. The masonville location has done an amazing job of living up to my high expectations of this restaurant and they are my go to for any time I choose to eat out. The staff always make me feel welcome and do a great job answering questions about the food since I'm not familiar with middle Eastern cuisine and their recommendations always end up with me trying something amazing. There are even fusion foods so if you're not super sure about trying something they have really cool combinations of middle Eastern and American fusion to just dip your toe in and try something new. I can't recommend Shelby's enough, even in the pandemic they manage to maintain amazing quality food and customer service and you are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't tried their food. If I could give more stars I would, I absolutely love Shelby's.
This is the most convenient shawarma place near me. Their food is very good but not the best in London for it's kind. Sometimes their chicken shawarma is too salty. Their poutines are very good. Would give 4.5 stars if that's an option.
